Overseer Jeannette Harley

Pastor Jeannette Fennell Harley is a native of Yemassee, South Carolina. She is the oldest daughter of the late Elder Willie J. Fennell and Mother Margie E. Fennell. She was married to Deacon Daniel N. Harley for almost 51 years before his sudden transition to glory. They birthed two children; a son, Darnell (Cassandra) and daughter, Nicole(Kelvin). They have three grandchildren Kelvin, Danielle, and Dakarai.

She attended Saint Augustine College in Raleigh, North Carolina and Virginia State in Petersburg, Virginia. She received her degree from South College in Savannah, Georgia. She is an accredited medical assistant.

Pastor and Deacon Harley were the owners of the Harley Residential Care Home for Senior Citizens. Before she began pastorate, she was a nationwide Evangelist for fifteen years. 

​She is now the founder and pastor of the Family Worship Center, Apostolic Inc. in Yemassee, South Carolina, where she has ministered for over 25 years. In June 2005, she was ordained as an Overseer in the United Church of Jesus of Christ, where Bishop Monroe Saunders Jr. is the presiding Bishop.

She is in full time ministry and ministers consistently and effectively as she tries to fulfill the awesome call that God has placed on her life.
